Operating partner for creator-led businesses

You built the audience.
Let's build the company.

I help creators who have outgrown doing everything themselves. If your financials are scattered across spreadsheets, your team still waits on you, or every launch becomes a scramble, I step in to build the systems and clear ownership that keep the business moving.

Currently accepting select operating partner engagements

Background

Former COO of OfflineTV

  • Multi-million-dollar creator business operations
  • Seven-figure merch & commerce
  • Built systems for finance, HR, and operations

Services

Where growth starts to get messy.

You have more revenue, more people, and more opportunities than before. But the business still depends on you to keep everything connected.

Where it shows up

You may not know what each revenue stream actually earns, why cash feels tighter than expected, or what the business can safely afford to do next.

What I take on

  • Cash flow and forecasting
  • Profitability by revenue stream
  • A monthly dashboard built for decisions

People are helping, but decisions, approvals, follow-ups, and unfinished work still find their way back to you.

What I take on

  • Clear roles and decision-making authority
  • Hiring plans and onboarding structure
  • A weekly rhythm for ownership and follow-through

Merch, sponsorships, memberships, wholesale, and new products each have their own vendors, deadlines, details, and ways of going wrong.

What I take on

  • Merch and membership operations
  • Sponsorship workflows
  • Wholesale, vendor management, fulfillment, and launches

The priority is clear, but ownership is not. No one fully owns the plan, the dependencies, or the follow-through.

What I take on

  • Scoped plans with clear owners
  • Dependencies, blockers, and follow-through
  • Direct ownership of priority initiatives

What changes

The business no longer runs through you.

Clear numbers. Clear ownership. A team that keeps moving.

About

I know what happens when an audience becomes a company.

For three years I was the COO of OfflineTV, where I also ran the company's finances. My job was everything behind the content.

Budgets and forecasting for a multi-million-dollar business. Seven-figure merchandise operations. A membership program taken from launch to a five-figure member base. Hiring, payroll, and HR for employees and more than a hundred contractors. Partnerships, events, and the systems that kept all of it connected.

So when a founder tells me the numbers are hard to trust, or that nothing moves unless they push it, that's familiar ground. Most of these problems aren't signs that something is wrong. They're what happens when a business grows faster than its systems, and they're very fixable once someone actually owns them.

Since then I've been working hands-on with founder-led consumer brands. The work is practical: I get into the actual numbers, the actual team, and the actual workflows, and I measure success by whether things keep running after I step back.

I'm based in Seoul and work mostly with U.S.-based companies. I take on a few clients at a time so I can stay close to the work.

If too much of your business still runs through you, tell me where it's getting stuck.
