Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Better Check-In (“the app”), provided by Jeong Won LLC (“we”, “us”). By installing the app you agree to them. They apply in addition to Wix’s own terms.
1. The service
The app provides a self-service check-in kiosk and dashboard for businesses using Wix Bookings. Features depend on Wix services (Wix Bookings, and optionally Wix Pricing Plans and Wix Intake Forms) and may change when those services change.
2. Subscription
The app requires a paid subscription, purchased, billed, renewed and cancelled through Wix. Prices and any free trial are shown on Wix’s pricing page. Wix’s billing terms govern payments, renewals and refunds.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your Wix site, your bookings, where you place the kiosk, which devices you activate, and the check-in rules you set. The app reports what Wix records about memberships and intake forms. It is not legal, medical or compliance advice, and you remain responsible for any waiver or membership requirements of your business.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the app unlawfully, to access data you aren’t entitled to, or to interfere with the app or Wix.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the app working, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and it depends on Wix’s platform being available.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by cancelling through Wix and removing it from your site. We may suspend access for misuse.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address, with its effective date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
